We are currently concentrating on the digitalization of everyday hospital life, holistic patient communication and extensive relief and support for medical staff.

Your responsibilities

Establish and develop recruitment strategies, including active sourcing, to attract and hire top talent.
Adapt onboarding and offboarding processes to meet local needs and ensure smooth operational implementation.
Act as the first point of contact and HR representative for the team and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Maintain and update the HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Implement local people development initiatives, such as language courses
Prepare payroll-related activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accurate processing.
Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits, including meal cards and insurance programs.
Oversee security and health-related matters in the office, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Manage visa-related topics, providing support and guidance to employees and working closely with relevant authorities.

Your Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and processes.
Sound knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and regulations.
Strong experience in establishing and executing effective recruitment strategies, including active sourcing.
Proven ability to adapt HR processes to local requirements, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in German is a plus, as it would facilitate communication with the German parent company and German-speaking colleagues.
