Job Description Your Role * You are characterizing tumor associated B cells in situ using state of the art techniques including our proprietary multiparameter immunofluorescence technology. * You are developing protocols for the isolation and functional downstream analysis of tumor associated B cells. * You are working in close collaboration with our experts from the recombinant protein group on development of protocols and high throughput processes for generation, characterization and selection of monoclonal antibodies for research and clinical applications. * You'll get to work within an interdisciplinary team and liaise and dialog closely with other departments within the company, including marketing, clinical development and production department. * You publish your results and use your broad network and communication skills to successfully establish and expand collaborative projects with academic groups and industry. Your Profile * You have successfully completed your PhD, ideally in tumor research, B cell immunology or a related field of natural science. * Ideally, you have gained relevant scientific experience as PostDoc or in an industrial environment. * Your scientific curiosity drives you and you are passionate about the initiation and coordination of projects in the context of clinical and research applications. * Your organizational talent has already been revealed in similar circumstances and your excellent communication skills and structured working ability have been amply demonstrated. * Excellent communication skills, the ability to work within a team and very good English language skills complete your profile.
