'Desktop Support Engineer (German Speaking)'
for a permanent position in
Bavaria, Germany
Your area of responsibility:
- 1st / 2nd level support in software and hardware as well as support of users in IT-relevant questions
- Processing of inquiries and faults via ticket system (Service Now) to troubleshooting (remote or on-site)
- Setup and dismantling, expansion and support of workstations and peripherals (eg printers)
- Configuration of networks
- Client support (eg MS Office products, VPN etc.)
- Documentation of the activities carried out
What to bring:
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in computer systems integration or comparable degree
- Several years of experience in the support environment (client, network)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- High degree of teamwork and customer orientation
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and good command of English
