Assessing the impact of algal growth and therefore food quality variation on the growth and biochemistry of microzooplankton.

Tasks

Performing 1-2 laboratory experiment(s) using chemostats with changes in biotic and/or abiotic parameters. Maintaining both phyto-, as microzooplankton cultures. Assessing their variation in growth and biochemistry using a trait-based approach and analyses based on their physical and chemical properties, such as flow cytometry, microscopy and spectroscopy.

Requirements
