The Services and Solutions team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolio. We lead the way in designing and selling solutions that allow customers to make the most out of their technology and that clearly differentiate MediaMarktSaturn as the leading category authority in Consumer Electronics in Europe.
Your tasks
- Setup and define processes and structures to be able to create international dashboards and comparable reportings in all Service & Solutions related issues
- Responsible for our service portfolio articles from creation to evaluation
- Responsible for the coordination and execution within the countries
Requirements
- Skills in Project Management
- Analytical ability, flexibility, performance-oriented and high team performance
- Ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholder levels
- Fluent written and spoken language skills in English
- European travel will be essential
