Talixo provides taxi and limousine transfers for travellers in over 100 countries worldwide - Fortune 500 companies, Travel Agencies and Online Platforms automate their booking process with our technology. We help small fleet partners in busy Mumbai, arrange taxi rides for travellers in far-away Argentina and assist our corporate clients navigating through the Manhattan city jungle... and we are just getting started.

What are you going to do:

When it comes to Operations, we believe that excellent customer service makes all the difference. You will be working in a very international and diverse team together with fellow colleagues from Greece, South Africa, the United States, Germany, France and Italy - quite a mix, which makes working in our team very special!

Responsibilities we will trust you with

More than just a typical customer service job:

• You will be pulling the strings behind Talixo's daily operations taking over responsibility for fleet disposition and monitoring of our live system.
• You will be working closely with our Fleet and Sales Departments to ensure our services run smoothly on a daily basis.
• You will be communicating with our customers and fleet partners around the globe via phone and e-mail answering their incoming inquiries and requests.

What we ask:

• At least Abitur
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• You know that a smile and just the right level of decisiveness are the recipe for success.
• You are willing to take on new challenges.
• You are enthusiastic about delivering an amazing experience for our customers.
• You know that teamwork is dreamwork.
• You are comfortable working rotating shifts.
• You are fluent in any other language than German and English.
• You have previously worked in a customer service centered role
• You are passionate about Tech and Transportation.
