Sales Manager, south Germany

A small but well-established Medical Device company is going through an exciting growth phase, and therefore looking for a new Sales Manager to lead their team for south Germany. This Sales Manager will have the responsibility of driving Sales for the region and coaching the team to help to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Sales team in terms of activity and performance
  • Developing a Sale strategy to achieve and grow sales
  • Ensuring that the Sales team has the tools they need to be successful
  • Coaching and co-travelling with the Sales team
  • Evaluating the Sales Representatives performances and helping develop their skills
  • Identify possible Sales opportunities through data analysis

Requirements:

  • Sales background in the Medical Device market
  • Experience managing Sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to plan and implement Sales strategy
  • Strong budgeting and analytical skills
  • Based in the southern half of Germany, or willing to relocate
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English
