A huge international client is currently looking for a Credit Risk Analyst with experience in the financial sector and who is fluent in German. 
 
Job Description
Roles
  • Experience in Strategizing, developing and implementing technology in credit risk and credit lending solutions.
  • Deep experience in digital solution, Fintech product designing and development.
  • Consultative in solving business problem in improving credit evaluation process, seamless leading process, controlling non-performing assets.
  • Evangelist and orchestrator of technologies to improve credit lending capability by ideating and process redesigning
  • Drive innovation in Fintech, Leading, leasing function by bring principles of Agile, Kanban elements
Responsibility
  • Be a proxy product owner for a credit risk digital solution
  • Single point of contact for Customer Product owner with respect to functional aspects of the solution
  • Responsible for clarification of business topics
  • Is responsible for maintaining product backlog (Formulating user stories in time, prioritize backlog)
  • Clarification of sprint objectives with PL
  • Understand and document the functional aspects of Credit Risk and Lending capability
  • Close coordination with the customer to capture requirements, product backlog planning, scope management and Stakeholder governance
  • Collaborate with technical consultant, delivery team in onshore / offshore to create the deliverables on the application development
Education & Experience
  • Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in finance and Economics, CFA level 3 (advantage) , Master in business Management in Financial and Banking focus ( Edge )
  • Language: Fluent german (must to have) and English
  • Relevant 12 + experience in business function.
  • Experience in working with a consulting firm and/or Fintech start-ups and/or credit and risk analyst function in large banking organization (added advantage)
Other Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and consultative approach in problem solving
  • Deep Analytical and reasoning ability
  • Travel flexibility and open to work for any locations in Germany.
