Job Description To effectively lead and manage the logistics operations (in the Warehouse and the team of Logistics Specialist Customer Service) to include:

effective distribution of products and ensure that KPI's are achieved. Project management is a key focus, striving for process optimization and simplifying all activities of your own and of your team members. Support and represent the Logistics Manager on site in the operational implementation and optimization of the logistics processes.

• * Overall functional (operational) management, and representing the Logistics Manager when required. * Employee management consisting of multiple teams, including, but not restricted to:

1. RMA/MRB/Inventory & Sorting 2. Aftermarket Repack 3. Logistics Specialist Customer Service TeamBergkirchen * Develop the employees within area of responsibility. Carry out regular, constructive employee assessments (manage the trial periods;

mid-year and end-of-year process, goals, development plans). * Liaise closely with other parts of the business in other countries, e. G. Bulgaria, UK, Mexico to ensure that the Inventory Management, Warehousing and Distribution requirements of the business and customers are designed, developed, implemented at least cost, and propose improvements to current processes. * Responsible for encouraging the identification and recommending changes and improvements to processes, procedures, or approaches within the area of responsibility * Responsible for establishing goals, objectives of department and performance against the agreed KPIs. Responsible for continuously identify additional ways to monitor existing and future processes. * Oversee productivity goals, reducing unit costs, avoiding mistakes and ensuring an excellent customer satisfaction. * Ensuring successful customer audits and Report deviations and implement successful countermeasures in case of nonconformity in your area of responsibility * Responsible for control of planning, disposition and monitoring of loading and delivery dates * Ensuring the timely production of reports for

"on time delivery" and "
accurate delivery" to update stakeholders and review function performance. * Lead by example and manage the overall implementation and maintenance of all operational procedures which includes ensuring high inventory accuracy - Requirements:
