Deputy Compliance/AML Officer

Role: Deputy Compliance Officer
Location: Frankfurt
Salary: Up to 120k
An award-winning FinTech is continuing its global expansion and looking for a Deputy Compliance Officer with AML experience to join its growing team in Frankfurt. As Deputy Compliance Officer you will report into the Local Head of Compliance and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the AML function and acting as point of contact to regulatory authorities.

As Deputy Compliance Officer You Will:

• Foster ongoing relationships with regulatory and legal authorities (including BaFin & Zentralstelle für Finanztransaktionsuntersuchungen)
• Participate in planning, development and implementation of AML and Account Opening strategies
• Advise and conduct trainings across company functions
• Aid in preparation of key metrics for Committee and Board presentations
• Conduct periodic AML risk analysis reviews and assessments

As Deputy Compliance Officer You Have:

• Previous AML experience in financial services or similar institution
• Proven regulatory and legal knowledge and experience with the BaFin
• German and English business fluency
