Store Manager - Frankfurt

EUR40000 - EUR45000 per annum + Fantastic Bonus and Benefits
My Client is a globally known Fashion Brand who offer the most stylish collections in RTW, Bags and Accessories!
The ideal candidate;

• Will have at least two years' management experience within the Premium/Luxury Retail industry either within a department store or a boutique setting.
• You will be passionate about fashion and are knowledgeable of fashion trends.
• You are committed, energetic, enjoy working in a team and you are at ease with providing expert style advice to a demanding customer base.
• You have the ability to develop strong relationships both with customers and internally with the Area Manager, Head Office and your team.
• Provide an exceptional service.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong Visual Merchandising skills.
• Support and coach your team in selling techniques and product knowledge to ensure that customer's needs are met.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers to experience our product in a relaxed and elegant environment.
• Implement promotions in order to drive sales and develop brand awareness.
• Recruit, retain and develop your staff to enhance the values of the brand and contribute to the success of the business.
• Support and develop your staff based on Key Performance Indicators.
• Motivate and drive your team to achieve sales and performance targets through the use of incentives, sales targets and performance development goals.
