What we look for

Required

A successful track record as an IT Business Analyst
Excellent communications skills and ability to successfully engage with functional business managers and stakeholders
Experience leveraging the Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid solution delivery methodologies
Strong analytical and business process mapping and design skills
Experience in the enabling Salesforce.com CRM is a must, as well as other IT commercial tools into the sales and marketing functions such as: Crowd Craze, Communities, E-Commerce, Marketing content and web, Customer centric online portals along with IOS / Android Apps, pricing / configure price quote tools and process and Advanced Analytics (AI/Machine Learning)

Track record of designing solutions to harmonize business processes and leverage IT systems

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Engineering; a Master’s in Business Administration or Technology Management is preferred

IT Business Analyst experience that is more functional than technical
Strong collaboration skills to achieve tangible outcomes in a heavily matrixed management environment
Flexible working options will be considered.
