Compliance Officer Region EMEA and RoW (m/w/d) Your job:

• Systematic transfer of and adaption to the Festo compliance management system including the implementation of measurements * Ongoing adjustment of the organizational concept to implement as well as to expand effective compliance structures * Communication, coordination and implementation of compliance-measurements, especially the content of the Code of Conduct and the valid compliance regulations of the Festo Group * Realization of a compliance risk assessment related to compliance topics on a regular basis and definition of strategies to improve processes with identified compliance risks * Collection and evaluation of information on possible violation of the Festo Group`s Code of Conduct and other possibly compliance incidents * Consulting of employees and management in all compliance aspects * Conception and realization of target group-oriented trainings/workshops * Professional lead of the local compliance organization Your qualification:
• Degree in business administration or law, ideally with compliance qualification * Compliance experience in an international environment * Experience with governance functions (e. G. audit, ICS) * Experience in conducting trainings and moderating workshops incl. the preparation of corresponding training materials * Personal integrity combined with a clear commitment to Festo values and the Code of Conduct * Confident appearance, assertiveness and communication skills - orally and in writing up to management / board level * Analytical and conceptional skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented approach * High flexibility, willingness to work and travel as well as high interest in experience with other cultures * Business fluent English and German skills You can expect the following with us:
