A Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Product Manager is needed for an innovative high-growth Prop-Tech start-up scaling in Berlin!
The Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Product Manager will join at an exciting stage of the businesses growth. Following their continuous success of their B2B offering, you’ll play a key role in taking it to the next level, whilst advising and working very closely with customers and helping integration of the product.

As the Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Product Manager you will:

• Be Native German (essential)
• Take full ownership of multiple Products, understanding existing performance and identifying both immediate, tactical improvements
• Manage end-to-end Product roadmaps
• Work in a consultative framework identifying client pain-points, defining the proposition fit and pitching solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor on products and methods of integrating the Products
• Develop a deep understanding of our target users and their known and unknown needs
• Work closely with the wider team to share learnings and continuously improving material
• Play a key role in the definition and evolution of the product vision and overall strategy
• Work closely with the development and engineering team to secure and implement the product

The Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Product Manager should have:

• At least 3+ years experience as a Product Manager from a fast-paced environment
• Be degree educated
• Proven experience in managing technical software products from conception to release
• Demonstrable, product management experience in a B2B function where customer interaction is a significant angle of the role
• Experience in UX/UI principles, A/B testing, user research, and making data driven decisions
• Experience leading, shaping, and executing product
• Be able to switch rapidly from strategy to execution
• Have a passion for digital, agile product management
