A task that is challenging

• Management, administration and coordination of the construction scope in connection with a large high-tech construction project in Germany in strict compliance with the security, time, quality, change control, logistics, site coordination and security requirements.
• Definition and guarantee of Goals (in terms of security, outline plan, location management, quality, change control of subcontractors, logistics and site coordination) within the project scope and communication of the goals to relevant subcontractors
• Responsibility as main contact person for the location management of subcontractors and participation in the selection and procurement of subcontractors
• Participation in the decision-making process of the project and maintaining a good customer relationship
• Close cooperation with the design team and provision of advice and practical solutions on the buildability and suitability of existing design solutions
• Ensuring project progress by providing the required information for subcontractors

A background that is convincing

• A successfully completed degree in construction management / engineering (construction / building) or comparable training
• Several years of construction experience on site of multi-million euro projects
• Good knowledge of building law, VOB, rules and technology
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD skills
• Sound written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
