Your responsibilities

• Represent Platform in executive dialog about budget, staffing, scenario planning, partnerships and other key strategic discussions
• Ensure roadmaps are achievable and strike the right balance between delivery timelines, costs, technology direction and operations
• Provide guidance to the delivery team to ensure initiatives are well-defined
• Maximize the flow of value delivered, systematically measuring and removing impediments
• Manage the operational aspects of the delivery team, ensuring financial, risk, legal, security and other compliance requirements are met
• Enhance communication and build trusting relationships across teams to align roadmaps, coordinate initiatives, manage risks and compliance responsibilities
• Determine strategic direction for technical team to best deliver agreed upon goals
• Lead assessment of needs from the user and design, develop, and test software solutions that meet those needs
• Maintain compliance with applicable policies and procedures for areas such as Quality, Security, and Privacy
• Maintain clear plan for future improvements to Platform
• Monitor performance of the software and tune or make improvements for enhanced usability
• Provide insight into development and service issues by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing necessary information

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field (or equivalent and related experience)
• Several years' experience in the assigned Business Domain/area
• Several years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the assigned Business Domain/area and the corresponding processes, including key performance indicators, best-in-class practices, business and technology trends
• Experience building a team in a global, matrixed environment
• Experience in project/product/platform management
• Hands-on programming experience using relevant languages
• Experience using relevant software engineering tools
• Broad understanding of technology topics such as (e.g., cloud products and platforms, micro-service architectures, automation, and API integration)
• Experience in operating internal and external communication management processes with autonomy and responsibility in a growing, multi-site, multi-disciplined organization
• Demonstrable strategic thinking and technical skills
