Field Applications Engineer - SMPS (SC899/24) Germany

GBP35000 - GBP50000 per annum
Challenging career opportunity with immediate start for a FAE (Field Application Engineer – SMPS ) joining a Global Manufacturer of high and low voltage analogue integrated circuits for use in AC to DC power conversion (SMPS). The Position of FAE will be HQ based in Munich, Germany.

Your remit will include, supporting the Regional Sales Manager in managing strategic customers and distributor accounts in Central Europe.
The successful FAE will have a solid understanding of power supply specifications and technologies with emphasis on solution cost and familiarity with power electronic components and costs.

You will be Electronic Degree qualified or equivalent with current or previous experience in designing, building, troubleshooting and testing switched mode power supplies in flyback and buck topologies, familiar with schematic entry and PCB layout design CAD tools and capable of performing BOM cost analysis and comparisons.

Open to relocation candidates who have advanced (written and spoken) German and English language skills
