Your responsibilities

  • As a working student (m/f/d), you will support the Business Development team in identifying attractive acquisition targets and partner companies
  • You research and analyze the precedent competitive transactions and market trends in the medical field
  • You support in creating business cases including market research and proposing strategic directions
  • Futhermore, you develop and maintain watchlists, track databases and new market developments
  • You support creating structures and processes for business development

Your qualification

  • You are a student (m/f/d) enrolled in a scientific, engineering, accounting, finance, business studies or related quantitative field
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) complements your profile
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of English and German, both written and spoken
  • Your strengths include excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking as well as a high performance will
  • Moreover, you show a positive and proactive work attitude within a team environment
