Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the preparation of product specific monthly forecasts, reviews and budgets in volume & value
• You support and enable decision-making processes by providing business expertise, market insights and analytics
• You also co-operate closely with Europ. subsidiaries, product managers, Tokyo HQ and controlling teams
• Regarding the inventory management you are responsible for the monitoring of inventory levels & safety stock plannings
• Supervise KPI monitoring and to set up related reportings as well as to engage in process optimization ( sub. forecast analysis, value forecasting and simulation) is also within your area of responsibility

Your qualification

• You own a successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, business information system or equivalent
• You have a solid professional experience in a comparable position
• You have expertise with database reporting, ideally IBM Cognos as well as outstanding analytical skills and strong affinity to numbers
• Attention to detail, while being able to think in entrepreneurial ways characterizes you
• You have a quickgrasp regarding concepts and processes, and you are able to translate them into efficient system solutions
• strong written and oral command of English, knowledge of German is also welcome
• You are well-organised and with a high problem solving capacity
• You have proven ability to work well within a mutli-cultural environment
• sound working knowledge of MS office, esp.Excel, knowledge of SAP is a benefit
