PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Customer First are dedicated to helping our customers realize the full value of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. The SAP Analytics (SAC) Customer First Team work with customers post-sale to help on-board, enable, adopt and use the solutions through one on one interactions and digital self-service tools and enablement. We are the customer’s trusted advisor and internal advocate throughout the customer lifecycle with an end to end view of the customer’s post sale adoption success. Our team of experts plays a strategic role within the organization identifying and leveraging teams and resources across SAP for the benefit of the customer’s success.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a young talent to help with operations within the Customer First - Analytics Team.
This Student role will be responsible for managing and maintaining data related to Customers, as well as providing impactful data analysis and business insights

Help team provide 360 view of the customer helping with executive reporting, customer account summary, success plans, etc to understand Customer adoption of the product

Evaluate customer performance, usage, and engagement in order to take a data-backed and proactive approach to customer relationship management.
This will be a good opportunity to work and learn Analytical solution - SAP Analytics Cloud, which is utilized for Customer Data Analysis.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Studying preferably in the fields: Business Information Technologies
Having the following computer skills: MS Office, Data Warehouse or BI tools (nice to have)
Languages: Proficient English and another European language (optional)
Besides that, you are a strong team player able to work collaboratively with the team
You can work effectively in an international fast-paced, dynamic environment
You can take initiatives and solve problems
