QA Manager GCLP
Hobson Prior are currently recruiting for a QA Manager GCLP to join rapidly growing biotechnology company focused on developing novel products to target cancer and infectious diseases. This position will take care of the construction and maintenance of a wide-ranging QA system in accordance with national and international official standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for planning, preparing and executing internal audits of a GCLP test facility.
- Supporting employees in the creation of SOPs, GCLP test plans, certificates of analysis and test reports.
- Creation of audit reports, development of problem-solving proposals and follow-up of corrective measures.
- Management of changes and deviations, repeat analyses, cooperation in the creation of risk analyses.
- Advising the organisation's GCLP laboratories on QA issues.
Key Skills:
- Reliability, organizational talent and technical understanding.
- Proficient with MS Office.
Requirements:
- Completed scientific or medical-technical training (BTA, CTA or MTA) or scientific studies with a medical-technical focus.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in the field of quality assurance / quality management and its regulations in the biotechnological / pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the implementation of a QA system in the laboratory area is an advantage, experience in the area of ??GCLP / analytical test laboratory or GLP desirable.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written).
