Director Consulting - Product Supply (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Business Consulting (S&BC) is a leading inhouse consultancy and a partner of choice in providing management consulting for the Bayer Group around the globe. S&BC combines three perspective at Bayer:

A divisional perspective with our strategy business partners, a regional perspective with our global office structure, and a functional perspective with dedicated departments for Research & Development, Product Supply, Marketing & Sales as well as Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation. Being one of Bayer's Talent Pools, members of BC have the option to later rotate into Bayer's line functions - BC offers exposure and coaching for such rotations. * Be part of the extended Leadership Team of S&BC * Lead and develop consultants in accordance with S&BC strategy and objectives * Collaborate with top management of Bayer's divisions and corporate functions in projects * Lead a group of management consultants as a resource manager * Enhance expertise for management consulting projects in the area of Product Supply and Procurement (plan, source, make, deliver) * Be accountable for the planning, controlling and operational management of international and cross-functional projects supported by BC * Further develop consulting expertise for the group in the respective S&BC departments * Contribute to further development and implementation of S&BC strategy * Recruit and plan of resource allocation in consultation with the department head WHO YOU ARE * An inspired and open-minded character with a consulting spirit and an excellent university degree (Master or PhD) in business administration, engineering, science or related fields * Multiple years of work experience in Product Supply or Procurement and/or some years of experience in top-tier external consultancy firms * Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical, agricultural, fast moving consumer goods or related industries * Knowledge in GMP or other specific production expertise would be an advantage * Proven track record of leadership experience, especially with regard to people development and demonstration of strategic mindset * High ability to work in an international and dynamic environment * Strategic thinker with open mindset and a passion to innovate * Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with top management * Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally * Excellent command of English;
