Key Responsibilities
Ability to work well with our customers in order to accomplish the following:
Gather business and technical requirements from the customer. Document the requirements to allow our team to create the necessary technical designs and test cases for the features
Provide key support when our customers or their business partners have questions with regard to the system
Ability to create software design documents from customer requirements
Provide key support to the Business Development team during prospective customer sales meetings
Ability to support the creation of a data model with fellow team members using customer requirements,
Critical thinking and strong data analysis skills. Ability to identify trends in data and create reporting that illustrates analysis.
Provide guidance to our team with regard to connecting with OEMs and their business partners to exchange data electronically in Europe.
Provide support to other System Analysts with regard to reviewing their work from a technical perspective.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in technical concentration preferred. MIS, Logistics or supply chain majors also preferred.
4 + years of experience as a Lead Systems Analyst/Technical Lead or similar role within an European OEM
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Excellent computer skills – solid Excel skills
Ability to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Extensive SQL experience. Ability to write complex SQL statements
Experience with all facets of the Software Development Life Cycle preferred
