every pair of shoes, from the iconic clog to new sneakers, sandals, boots and heels. since its inception in 2002, crocs has sold more than 200 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries around the world. crocs germany gmbh is lookingfor a assistantstore manager in metzingen. the assistant store manager is the supervisor of the store and is responsible for running the store when the store manager is not in. this position supports in visual merchandising, hiring new team members, planning and organization of the store. what will you do? exceptional customer experience * ensure that customers are feeling welcome by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer * tending to the customer's needs and provide the best tailor made advice * process the purchase of customers in the cash register * be a role model and motivate employees to attain individual and team sales goals daily leadership & management * deliver operational excellence in the store by following the policies and practices, including human resources, visual merchandising, marketing, loss prevention, operations and safety and security of employees and customers * manage the store in absence of the store manager * master all daily tasks and be able to delegate and provide clear directions for others * generates positive results in a manner that is consistent with crocs' values * assist store manager with preparing the weekly working schedules sales * help to maximize sales for the crocs store * maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all promotions and advertisements. * assist in visual merchandising, display maintenance and monitoring stock. * deliver a high level of operational excellence including store appearance, loss prevention, cash handling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and safety and security of people and assets team * support in recruitment and hiring new team members * train new team members on how to drive sales to fullest potential through continued development on key performance indicators, product knowledge, customer service standards, operational requirements and visual presentation * identify and report employee performances to store manager and coach on the spot * empower co-workers to create an exceptional customer experience to increase service and sales results. who are you? minimum experience:

• at least experience in a similar position preferred * experience in a sales orientated environment knowledge, skills & abilities:
