Director of Body & Exterior needed for one of my world leading OEM's. As a Director of Body & Exterior you will be in charge of the plant for the design of the Design of the interior and exterior of a luxury SUV. As you will be the Director of Body & Exterior you will be leading from the front and in charge of all the passionate engineers working together to create the best cars in the world.

Responsibility for the right Director of Body & Exterior:
Team Management - Recruit new employees to build up the team

• Responsible for the overall team performance and implementing improvement where needed
• Responsible for full budget and control and chassis team Technical
• Build, lead a team of Body and Exterior professionals.
• Responsible for project delivery on Body and Exterior, to ensure projects are coordinated with technically feasible and aligned with design solutions, containable within budget and timing.
• Manage program health status and align with key program metrics within body and exterior scope.
• Responsible for new model launch support.

Requirements for the Director of Body & Exterior:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 15+ years experiences in area of body and exterior, working in Automotive OEM is preferred
• Rich knowledge in body structure, closures and exterior
• Strong on collaboration and coordination across functions
• Experience working with world leading OEM's
• Fluent in English
