RF Test Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a team of RF Test Engineers and Technicians
- Responsibility for RF characterization lab (hard- und software)
- Hands on programing and characterization support
- Training and mentoring of engineers using lab equipment and test programs
- Implementation of new hardware and software requirements from project start to final verification
- Continuous improvement of internal characterization processes
- Keep contact to other design centers and to centralized test and characterization groups
- Documentation and presentation of results
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS in Electrical Engineering plus 5 years of RF test experience required, PhD optional
- Experience in test and characterization of RF and Microwave power amplifiers and front-end modules
- Proficient with test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, digital signal generators, power meters, etc.
- Working knowledge of programming languages like C#
- Familiar with mobile communication standards (5G, LTE, WiFi, legacy standards)
- Experience working with databases, calculation, and presentation tools
- Good communication and presentation skills, be able to work independently
