Your Tasks:
- Provide excellent customer service. Proactively and creatively understand and solve client problems, constantly striving for great success.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, identify opportunities and create implementation plans how to maximize results.
- Engage and coordinate internal groups as needed to resolve customer issues and maximize customer retention
Your skills:
- experience in a sales, partner, or channel manager role.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and service provider ecosystems and business models.
- Language: German and English
- Demonstrated technical understanding of foundational Maps technologies.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional organization.
- Developed consulting and project management skills.
