Job Description As a Human Resources Associate, you will report to the HR Manager and will work closely with the the business areas. Furthermore, you actively participate in national and international HR projects to promote engagement and business partnering. They guarantee adherence with HR guidelines and requirements as well as the accuracy of payroll and other HR processes

Your Tasks

:
  • contact person for executives and employees in questions of personnel and labor law * taking over and participating in projects such as p4g,
"engagement"
projects, diversity and inclusion, organization design, among others * keep continuous and very detailed data maintenance in hris (workday) including personnel files up to date * processing of personnel changes including the creation of employment contracts, change agreements and the processing of leaves(maternity leave, parental leave, etc. * certifications, training & development * group reports and statistics, performance evaluations * coordination and organization of the onboarding program for all new employees including p4g, d4g, gcrf, workday * act as a payroll partner for the external service provider and internal customers * proactive collaboration with the works council and senior management regarding hr-related issues your profile:

  • completed university degree or comparable training * senior professional, with at least 3 years of experience * high service orientation (
"can do"
attitude), personal responsibility (after thorough training, of course and with continuous support from senior hr management) * think in the hr business partner system * careful, independent and reliable way of working, even under tight deadlines;

high flexibility * ability to communicate - enjoy working with many people in a very fast paced environment * dedication to working with internal and external customers;
