Senior Manager Total Rewards DACH NL BE (m/f/d) The successful Senior Manager Total Rewards DACH NL BE will be the strategic partner for regional & unit leaders to plan, develop, and implement new and revised rewards programs, policies, and procedures, in order to be responsive to the company's goals and needs. You will ensure alignment of the total rewards in the relevant business unit and/or geography with the People Strategy, Global Total Rewards Strategy and the Fundamentals of Rewards whilst leading a small team

Key Tasks

:

• lead the total rewards function in the germany, austria, netherlands, belgium and switzerland to provide rewards solutions to support business objectives. * provides strategic counsel and collaborations to regional and local leaders on compensation, benefits and wellness programs based on external information and internal analytics. * liaison between regional and unit leaders with global teams to attend specific business needs. * implement and enhance global solutions, guidelines and governance processes. * partner with clients to establish short-, medium- and long-term total rewards priorities * serve as primary point of contact to clients * co-create total rewards solutions with the coes and/or business partners * engage relevant coe associates to perform and deliver total rewards solutions your profile:
• university degree/ bachelor's degree in hr, business administration * 10+ years relevant professional experience, preferably in hr, compensation or benefits * demonstrated ability to work interdependently, working in partnership across boundaries with strong influencing skills while building trusting and credible relationships - understanding a diverse associate population * clear understanding of global and cultural differences when presenting/ communicating * strong verbal and written communication skills * ability to work constructively and effectively in a team environment - especially across geographies and time zones * experience working directly with and influencing senior leaders we are offering:
