- You are proficient in German.

• You’re able to handle various projects and manage your time effectively.
• Being passionate about electric vehicles is a plus

✨ Your day-to-day

• Be the

first point of contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.

• Provide technical support, and assist customers with the technical issues they might encounter
• Work alongside the Team Leader, Team Manager, and others.
• Ensure cases are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
