For our location in Böblingen (Stuttgart area) we are looking for a HR Working Student or Intern (m/f/d)
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- You support our international recruiting team in the direct approach of suitable candidates, especially in automotive development, but also for other departments.
- You use tools such as LinkedIn or XING for this purpose.
- Your positive and focused approach to candidates motivates them to further exchange with you.
- You maintain contact with the candidates and accompany them through our processes.
What we are looking for:
- Business administration degree - ideally with a focus on HR / Human Resources or comparable (5th semester or higher).
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in recruiting and/or human resources
- You are independent, reliable, have a dedicated work ethic and communicate in a polite and structured manner
