Overall responsibility for the entire administration and coordination of the assigned NPI projects:

• Main contact person of the assigned projects
• Project support: Independent support of the NPI team in opera-tional processes and tasks within projects (e.g. SKU set up, project milestone follow up, support on approval process…).
• Project Coordination: Coordination of the communication be-tween factory, delivery, brand team and external stakeholders within the operational processes to ensure a smooth project execution; information of all stakeholders, especially the brand team
• Project tracking: Setting up CPS and ensuring that all opera-tional tasks associated with the project are completed on time.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the daily business aspects re-lated to the project.
• Support for administrational tasks and other Supply projects

You’ll succeed because…

…you work well autonomously and can be relied on to exercise good judgement. You:

• Have at least 2 years relevant working experience in an extremely competitive, fast moving FMCG environment; in marketing and/or project management
• Are proficient using MS Office
• Are organised and able to balance competing priorities
• Can manage complex tasks in a fast moving environment
• Manage confidential information discreetly
• Love finding new ways to improve and simplify ways of working.
