For the expansion of our team in Munich, we are in search of an engaged and language-oriented person at the earliest possible date for our entry-level position of

Customer Accounts Representative (m/f/d)

The Role:

Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as telephone, email and fax
Contacts customers to resolve outstanding credit and debit balances and ensures orders ship same day whenever possible
Provides account information to customers
Reconciles customer account information
Works closely with both the Customer Service and Finance department

The Requirements:

Studies in business administration or similar field or commercial vocational training with a combination of education and experience
First work experience in Finance would be a plus
Accurate and focused working style
High affinity to numbers
Customer-oriented
Fluent in Spanish and English, German would be a plus
Open-minded, strong in teamwork and collaboration
Proficient in MS Office, experience with an ERP system would be a plus
