ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.)
  • Enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.)
  • HR program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.)
  • Partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.)
  • Establishing measures to inform and guide business and HR decisions (e.g., Support the development of “balanced scorecards” and other metrics for teams and business units. Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of various HR programs and practices. Evaluate progress and guide adjustments during organizational change, etc.
  • Supporting process improvements throughout the organization (e.g., Identify opportunities to improve processes, help foster culture where quality is valued, help map work processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, help eliminate unnecessary work etc.)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/12+ yrs or related experience
  • Master’s/8+ yrs related experience
  • PhD/5+ yrs related experience

Skills:
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Must have experience or knowledge in several HR functions such as Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefit, Talent Acquisition, and etc.
  • Have experience in change management and organization development
