Your responsibilities

• As a Group Leader, you are leading a team of three Product Managers
• You are in charge for Sales & Marketing activities for ERCP, EUS and Stricture Management products within the EndoTherapy Business Unit of the EMEA region
• Together with your team, you develop and execute strategies in order to achieve the corporate strategic plan and annual targets of the selected business area
• You plan, monitor and report for the respective business and develop appropriate countermeasures if required
• You work together with European health care professionals and societies
• You interface with Olympus Tokyo and the EMEA regional/country organizations
• You are responsible for the organization of international trainings, workshops and congresses

Your qualification

• The basis of your professional success is a completed Master‘s degree in Business Administration or Medical Engineering with a focus on marketing
• You have several years of professional experience in sales and marketing of medical devices (preferably with consumables) and first experience in the management of employees
• You are able to communicate in German and English over all levels of organization
• You are strong in analytical and systematical thinking and have a pragmatic, organizational and methodical working style
• You enjoy a travel activity of about 30%
