Your responsibilities
- In the role, you develop and implement concepts for the EMEA region in the field of talent and succession management, career development and talent acquisition
- As a competent contact partner you collaborate closely with other HR functions (e.g. HR managers, business partners, mobility expert)
- The role requires direct cooperation and communication with all levels of management at national and international level
- In your role, you lead EMEA wide projects, e.g. regarding talent management formats, career model design
- You are responsible for your project budgets and for managing internal and external clients and partners
Your qualification
- You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant subject, i.e. business, psychology, etc
- Several years of professional experience in the field of HR development / talent management, ideally experience in working in an international matrix organization or as consultant for international clients
- You are strong in developing concepts considering relevant strategies
- You have experience in project management and are used to working in a collaborative environment
- You feel comfortable to present convincingly in front of different audiences including top management
- You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
- You show a strong learning ability and enjoy collaborating with different nationalities, personalities and functions
