Job Description Tasks
:
- you develop cross-channel (email, sms, app) b2c communication in close consultation with colleagues & agencies * furthermore, you control the analysis of customer behavior and the conception of communication measures along the customer journey * through your analytical skills you are able to interpret our reporting and relevant ad-hoc analyzes and derive recommendations for action help us to identify relevant user segments and target customers * you learn a lot about our agile product development and identify crm measures, which will have a significant influence on the further development of the product * you translate the conceptual project into detailed requirements, for example with regard to data provision in the marketing tool landscape, and piece by piece put together all the building blocks to establish automated communication. * since you start with us in an interdisciplinary role, you work together with all relevant departments (eg content, it, analytics, product, customer support). your profile:
