Jobbeschreibung

What can you expect?

• You understand functional requirements by collaborating with business analysts and end-users and analyze existing NetSuite processes to identify areas for improvement and propose and implement best practices to enhance ERP functionality
• You work closely with the ERP team to configure NetSuite modules according to business needs and design overview of workflows, forms, and reports to streamline operations while ensuring adherence to NetSuite standards and guidelines
• You address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to system usage, provide training sessions to end-users on NetSuite functionality, and promote efficient utilization of NetSuite features
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NetSuite integrations with other systems, ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and external applications, and implement best practices for data synchronization and real-time updates
• You document data management processes, functional configurations, and customizations, create user guides and reference materials, and share insights and best practices within the team

What should you bring along?

• You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science)
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• You are familiar with NetSuite or other ERP systems, which is advantageous
• You possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent English language skills (Written & Verbal)
