ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement Preventive Maintenance schedule of all machines in HGA Lines.
• Supervise Equipment technicians and facilitates daily activities to ensure daily Operation demand is satisfied.
• Performs root-cause analysis on day-to-day issues, and generates actions for Correction, Prevention and Control.
• Conducts training of newly hired technicians, and other trainings for CIP for skill enhancement.
• Generate and update machine maintenance instructions, troubleshooting instructions and machine check sheets.
• In-charge for machine/tool setup and qualification.
• Performs monitoring and analysis machine KPI, therefore generates assessment and disposition.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Related Courses.
• Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point).

PREFERRED:

• Experience in manufacturing field is an advantage.

• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs
• Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
