Job Description Your Tasks * Continuous market screening and innovation management regarding final assembly developments for all product lines in collaboration with Dürr product management, Engineering and Consulting * Setting directions for continuous improvement and development of Dürr Assembly products / equipment, focusing enforcement of continuous product cost down * Seeking for market feedback from Sales & building the interface to R&D * Setting of overall target pictures for Dürr of the future automotive assembly in collaboration with Dürr Consulting * Setting and managing collaboration platform for all Product Management departments within the Dürr final assembly business * Supporting Sales within quoting for early engineering and customer relationship process * Establishment of standard parts for the overall final assembly equipment * Streamline of engineering processes according to used tools, IT-standards and engineering methodologies * Establishment and controlling of collaboration platform within final assembly for global alignment of engineering activities * Support of sales team within quoting for best-cost approach & optimization of technical functionalities through Sales process * Collaboration with CF Product Management for future Focus Fields and adaption across all product lines (e. G. equipment modularization, new assembly line concepts) * Strategic evaluation of future trends and customer needs Your Skills * Fundamental technical or business-technical education (studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar qualification) * More than 10 years experience in the automotive business as technical leader or professional manager * Fundamental final assembly value chain understanding * Innovation Management fundamentals compared with pragmatic market screening approach * Strong communication skills for organizational improvements * Assertiveness for cross-functional standard setting * Excellent engineering competence and entrepreneurial thinking * Good Leadership Skills
