Volljurist/Lawyer

EUR110000 - EUR130000 per annum
An internationally recognised oil and natural gas producer with a large German and international presence is looking for a new Volljurist/Lawyer to join their team in Kassel. As a Volljurist you will give legal guidance to the firm and act in close cooperation with various departments.

As Volljurist You Will:

• Advise and provide insight on issues concerning your area of expertise (Energy & Mining Law, Contract Law, or Project Law)
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Act in close cooperation with commercial and technical departments, as well as international legal departments
• Develop solutions to protect firm's legal interests

As Volljurist You Have:

• Law degree from German institution & 15 points total for both State Exams
• 5+ years experience in Project Law & Contract Law for Energy, Mining, or other Commodity
• German and English business fluency
