My client, a small sized biopharmaceutical company in North-Berlin is urgently looking for a Head of their Medical Affairs department. They have big plans for the upcoming years which is why they require someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is looking to build something from the start. My client ideally requires someone who has experience operating in a smaller sized business but who also applies a hands-on approach at work.

A suited candidate will have:

• Extensive experience working within the field of Medical Affairs within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
• A relevant degree within the Life Science sector or a comparable level of education
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Good knowledge of managing complex and multidisciplinary projects and teams ideal
• Independent and hands-on work ethic and attitude
• Willingness to travel on occasions
