I'm currently working with a multinational biotech company based in Munich, they are currently pioneering the development of neurological diseases worldwide, we are looking for an experienced medical individual to take the step into a managerial position. This is a great opportunity for anyone with extensive experience in the neurological sector specifically Alzheimers disease.

The Senior Medical Manager Alzheimer Disease is the medical / pharmaceutical expert for and Quality Gate in the 3M team (Marketing, Market Access and Sales / Field Service). He / she is - in alignment with the global medical strategy - responsible for the creation of a medical / pharmaceutical-scientific strategy & tactics for the Alzheimer Diseases portfolio including operational implementation (e.g. lead for national medical events). In addition, he / she leads the planning and implementation of non-interventional study and study collaborations in accordance with international, national and company guidelines and also the publication of the results. He / she is responsible for the Alzheimer Diseases Medical Affairs projects.

Responsibilites
  • Medical responsibility and coordination of medical-scientific Alzheimer's disease projects: data generation, data communication, knowledge transfer / advanced training, including alignment and delimitation of the portfolio from the competition.
  • Responsibility for medical / pharmaceutical-scientific content in the development of projects, creation of documents, in internal meetings, cross-functional in cooperation with internal interfaces
  • Creation of the annual medical plan cross-functionally in cooperation with the AD Lead and other functions (e.g. marketing) based on the business and medical strategy
  • Input / feedback for phase III / IV studies in cooperation with Market Access & within the medical team, alignment with EU + and global functions
  • Support creation of dossiers for AMOG / GBA
Requirements
  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy or biology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • very good knowledge of English
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical science, ideally in a neurological indication
  • Knowledge of the relevant internal and external regulations (in particular AMG and HWG, GCP regulation)
  • High affinity for digital products and solutions
  • Open to new approaches
