Your responsibilities

  • You are significantly involved in analyzing, planning and scheduling of the Europe-wide Supply Chain of Medical and Industrial Demonstration Devices (Demo)
  • An important focus of your work will be the development and assurance of a reliable KPI structure; especially on the operational level with regard to logistics, inventory control and the use of demonstration equipment
  • Supporting the creation of European-wide KPIs in terms of financial ratios and long-term trends is also your responsibility
  • In the course of this, you will take over the coordination, control and monitoring of various projects and will be in contact with various internal/external stakeholders; including the coordination and implementation of further process optimisations from order management to warehousing
  • Support for the ongoing implementation of a Europe-wide demo software and management of Europe-wide upgrades of software versions
  • Cooperation in the adaptation of IT process optimizations

Your qualification

  • A successfully completed degree in the field of management, supply chain, business administration or similar
  • several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain and (international) project management, preferred in a globally operating company
  • Affinity to software-supported processes and an high interest in new ways of KPI-tracking
  • fluent English spoken and written, very good German language skills
  • You have strong analytical as well as communication skills
  • You also enjoy stakeholder management
