Your responsibilities

• In the role of a Senior Health Economics Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for recommending the approach to economic model development needs in certain regions and execute the reimbursement tactics for adoption locally
• You provide assessments of coding and reimbursement landscape and requirements for the country and regions
• You adapt value dossiers to the regional and local market and develop reimbursement assessments and identify opportunities
• You develop economical value proposition for products based on non-clinical customer needs
• You are responsible for driving the execution of all local regional health economics and supporting submissions
• You oversee the creation of materials, program and services for reimbursement, health economics and payer market access materials for the region
• You handle incoming calls from the field regarding coding, billing and reimbursement questions and serve as consultative resource for field and customers
• You test and evaluate program effectiveness feedback to the global HEOR organization on how the tools are working, what the gaps are and what is needed to drive access

Your qualification

• Studies in the area of Health Economics, Economics or Public Health form the basis of your professional success
• You have several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector
• You have a provide evidence of working in Health Economics and Reimbursement for medical devices
• You have proven experience in an international environment
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization in fluent English, an additional language is a plus
• Your strengths include a strong business management mind-set and the ability to implement solutions that support the achievement of business goals
