Are you an Electronic / Electrical Engineer with experience in Automotive Power looking to be seen as an industry expert as you take the lead on technically advanced projects for next generation technology?
This excellent opportunity is the chance to showcase your skills as you will be the go to person for really exciting projects in the company’s Automotive Power electronics department, heading up the team of talented engineers you will act as the technical authority and expert.
The Company themselves are market leaders in next generation technology and are going from strength to strength globally, due to current expansion plans in Europe they are looking to add a Senior expert to take the lead in their Security Certification division.
This would be the perfect position for a Principle Design Engineer with experience in Automotive Power looking to work in the automotive industries future technology whilst playing a key part in the company’s ongoing success.
The Role:
- Act as a technical authority and expert on Power Electronics and electric vehicles
- Take ownership over understanding client requirements and drivers and foresee technical challenges, successfully interacting with clients both technically and commercially
- Managing design, build, test and manufacturing criteria
- Lead the construction of the key vehicle power electronics technology platform, including the design platform, simulation, control and other technical platforms, and provide necessary training for key personnel
The Person:
- Experience in Automotive Power Electronics
- Degree in Power Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Happy to work and live in Nuremburg
- Experience leading a team
