HSE Officer (m/w/d) (PR-33455914) Bochum, Deutschland

• Support HSE coordinator project/service for all health, safety and environment matters related to the German Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG)
• German Sicherheitsfachkraft acc. to ASiG §5 on installation vessel
• Focal point for all health and safety matters and ambassador to create a generative HSE culture by role modelling
• Implementing tasks of SiGeKo, Arbeitsschutzgesetz and DGUV Vorschrift 1
• Assist local site management with the implementation of HSE programs and procedures acc. to OHSAS 18001 and internal HSE management system
• Support the local teams in qualified advice related to health, safety and environment aspects, focal point for hazardous substance management
• Ensure proper HSE documentation and implementation of client´s HSE requirements for the project (SchuSiKo) and according to HSE plans
• Carry out internal trainings and assist the teams in developing appropriated risk assessments as well as appropriated internal HSE audits and inspections

Qualifications:

• Certified Sicherheitsfachkraft or equivalent NEBOSH diploma / certificate
• Fluency in English / German
• Experience in classification, investigation and reporting
• Knowledge of safety behaviour improvement / HSE culture and experience in risk assessment, electrical safety
• Experience in hazardous materials management
• Experience in working in confined spaces
• Team player with intercultural skills and excellent communicator skills
• Offshore experience in the wind industry or oil and gas
