Carhartt WIP is part of the Work in Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit a HR Manager for our office in Kreuzberg, Berlin. In addition to the Retail team for the GAS region, this building also houses the b2b Sales, Creative Marketing, eCommerce, Photo Studio and Product-Design studio.

HR Manager - Retail GAS / Office Berlin (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for all HR related topics from our retail team in GAS (approx. - 85 HC) and our entire office in Berlin (approx. - 40 HC)
• You work closely with our retail manager GAS, the store manager and the team leader in office Berlin on issues realting to HR
• You personally lead the entire recruitment process for retail in the GAS region
• You are responsible for initiating, planning and implementing (retail-) HR marketing activities (online and offline)
• You seek out new possibilities and channels for recruiting new employees and build on your existing network
• You stay in close contact with the teamleaders of the internationally advertised positions and the HR department in the HQ
• You are first point of contact for our location in Kreuzberg and take care of the employees in a variety of areas

Your Profile:

• You have at least 5 years of working experience in a comparable and equally holistic position
• You have experience in an international (trade-) company
• You know the current job market and bring social media experience
• You have strong social and communication skills
• You work and act independently, dutifully and pragmatically
• You enjoy taking initiative and proactively tackling new challenges
• You speak German fluently and have very good command of English
