We provide inbound call support for the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Technology industries. And because no two companies are alike, we work closely with our clients to deliver loyalty-building customer service and technical support. Service is our area of expertise.

In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different clients :) In this case it is for a technical project and only inbound phone calls and E-mails, with no sales.

For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We only have in-bound calls from customers that have account queries or questions in regards to the project. We are looking to start the training on

November 3rd, 2019.

• Must speak

Norwegian and Swedish

fluently and English on a conversational level- One of the two bold languages can be better than the other but at a fluent level.

• Previous customer service experience is not needed but welcomed
• Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
• Basic computer skills
• Availability for 35-hours per week (9:00 - 17:00) with a break in between of course. No weekends.
