A world-leading payment service provider (PSP), with many years of experience in supplying innovative payment solutions to the e-commerce market is searching for a ultra-bright and innovative International Sales Manager to join the team in order to add global customers to their client base.

 
We require an innovator, a technically-minded sales person, who is able to work with state-of-the-art technology and explain complex solutions in a simple way to customers.

 
Their unique payment gateway was developed in-house and supports merchants with their local and international payment transactions, combined with efficient fraud prevention and other value-added-services. Being highly reputable in the payments world, they have an exhaustive list of the world’s most loved brands as customers, and they would like to keep it this way and add more!

 

The role

  • Win and sign online customers across Europe
  • You build up a strong sales network
  • Convert leads (both inbound and outbound) into commercial success; be able to build strong relationships and successfully network
  • Explore new opportunities and chase them
  • Connect with other divisions within the business such as Partner Management in order to enable better regional coverage
  • Be comfortable in closing complex international deals; can deal with price and contract negotiations
  • Can engage with customers on technical topics
  • Analyse the needs of your customers and create an end-to-end strategy from prospecting through to the contract negotiation and final integration
  • Constant observation of market developments as well as being seen at trade fairs and conferences
 

You

  • Have successfully completed a Degree in Business Studies / Computer Studies / Software Engineering
  • Have at least 3 years’ B2B sales experience in the payments industry
  • You have very good rhetorical skills, as well as negotiation skills, contact strength and a professional appearance.
  • Can work to goals and be a self-starter
  • Are determined and confident, a self-believer!
  • Are ambitious and want to progress both personally and professionally
  • Can speak German and English fluently
  • You have a high willingness to travel as well as a driving license class B.
  • Strong IT skills
